I always find that although it can be scary to be open and honest with a client in the beginning because you're trying to build confidence, in the long run it always pays off and the client respects and loves it. If done correctly, there are rarely any twists and turns within a web project that is a complete suprise to either the Web PM or client. Blagging in the beginning always results in horrible shocks!
